2. Coming from down, the guy is Mikhail Kalashnikov, who invented teh AK47 assault rifle which was used by the "nuts from across the border" in the recent Mumbai terror attacks and the operation to flush them out was called "Black Tornado".
(Btw, I knew the answer but for the heck of it tried Googling and it can be googled!!!!)
