UPDATE: Questions shall now be put up on the blog every week (duration of posting may vary depending upon the number of questions involved), on Sundays. They will be in normal blogular format, with slides put up when necessary (for LVC's and what not).
This week's question contributors include:
(questions two and three) Keyser "man who is bound to bell that darned CAT" Sticky, and
(question one) myself.
1) Connect the two:
a) The X is a non-departmental public body of the United Kingdom government established in 2009 to regulate and inspect health and social care services in England. All health and adult social care providers that come within the future scope of registration are required to register with the X.
b) Y is a type of fighting in which small units engage the enemy with personal weapons at very short range, potentially to the point of hand-to-hand combat or fighting with hand weapons such as swords or knives. In the typical Y scenario, the attackers try a very fast, violent takeover of a vehicle or structure controlled by the defenders, who usually have no easy way to withdraw. Because enemies, hostages/civilians, and fellow operators can be closely intermingled, Y demands a rapid assault and a precise application of lethal force.
