OQ# 37

1)  On January 21, 1972 DC Comics declared X  "Hometown of Y". On June 9, 1972 the Illinois State Legislature passed a resoultion declaring the same. Among the ways the town celebrates the character are a large statue in the city, a small museum, and an annual Celebration. Also, it has a local newspaper, known as The Planet and the bank says advertises its "Super Financial Services". ID.

2)  A possible origin for this English phrase is from printing presses. The letters were aranged in a wooden frame called the phrase. The completed phrases were put together in a larger frame called the ___. Once the phrases were finished it was time to X . X meant that the type was ready to be printed.

Wikipedia differs however. It says this English phrase originated from the silent movie era .Giving out more would make it obvious.
